Polperro Harbour Heritage Museum
Polperro Harbour Heritage Museum boasts a remarkable photographic record dating back to around 1860. The collection sits alongside ship models and records relating to family history, providing a fascinating insight into the village’s history and fishing heritage.
The museum sits within the old pilchard factory, in use until the 20th century. Situated next to the museum on the way to the coastal path to Looe. Here visitors can enjoy pasties, cakes and cream teas as they take in glorious harbour views.
